Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 1 package creamed spinach
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic
  • nutmeg
  • Water (salt water)
  • possibly crabs
  • possibly ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Place the creamed spinach in a small saucepan and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic (I use 2 cloves of garlic and quite a bit of pepper). Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Stir the cooked gnocchi into the spinach and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the desired browning is achieved. Variations: I also like adding a bowl of crab or chopped cooked ham to the spinach.
