- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 200 ml chili sauce
- 200 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, then add the minced meat and cook until combined, then season. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese with the cream and chili sauce in a bowl. Stir in the minced meat and pour everything into a casserole dish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. This dish goes perfectly with rice. Tip: If you like, you can also sauté mushrooms and bell peppers with the minced meat.
