Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 100 g white bread
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup garlic mayonnaise (aioli)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the mushrooms. Grate the white bread and mix it with the Parmesan cheese and paprika. Beat the egg whites and coat the mushrooms in them. Then sprinkle them on all sides with the white bread mixture (I didn’t find it particularly effective to coat them in it). Bake the mushrooms in the oven at 190°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Serve with aioli.
