Baked oysters with macadamia salsa

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 oysters, fresh
  • 1 can nuts, salted macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet or teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the nuts into small pieces. Add all the other ingredients to the nuts and make a thick paste. Open and clean the oysters (it’s not good for your teeth if there are still pieces of shell inside). Leave the oysters in one half of the shell. Spread the paste on the oysters and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
