Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 radish(s), white
- Salt
- 1 tsp oil (germ oil)
- 4 cheeses (goat cheese), small round
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp capers
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and peel the radish, cut into 4 slightly thicker slices and the rest into thinner slices. Salt the thin slices and let them rest. Preheat the oven grill. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush lightly with oil. Place unsalted, thick radish slices on top, then top each with a slice of goat cheese. Grill for 4 minutes. Pat the salted radish dry with kitchen paper and divide it among 4 flat plates. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with capers and pepper. Add 1 radish slice with cheese to each plate.
