Baked peach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the peaches and then slice them. Place them in a greased baking dish. Combine the flour, almonds, sugar, margarine, and cinnamon and spread them over the peaches. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-25 minutes. Combine the yogurt, cream, vanilla sugar, and sugar and serve as a sauce with the baked peaches.
