For the cheese spread, mix together the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and grated cheese. Press the garlic cloves through the cheese spread and add them. Dice the bell peppers and mix them with the diced salami into the cheese spread. If using other ingredients, please note that these ingredients should not exceed 1/3 of the volume of the cheese spread. Season the topping generously with salt and pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and line an oven rack with baking paper. Cut the rolls in half and spread generously with the cheese spread. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the surface is browned to your liking. Any other combination of ingredients you would like on a pizza can be used for the cheese spread: such as cooked ham, pineapple, mushrooms, corn, tuna, etc.
