Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 fish fillets (plaice fillets)
- 350 g mushrooms, fresh
- 125 ml cream
- 75 ml vegetable broth or fish stock
- 100 g cheese, grated Emmental
- pepper
- Thyme, fresh
- Parsley, flat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper and coat in flour. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Trim and halve the mushrooms. Arrange them over the fillets. Then, mix the cream with the vegetable stock, add pepper, chopped parsley, and a little thyme. Pour all this over the plaice and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 160°C for about 20-25 minutes. I always serve it with fresh baguette and salad.
