Baked Pork

The perfect baked pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 smaller Zucchini
  • 1 smaller Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 smaller Salt
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 400 g Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 400 g Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 400 g Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Feta
  • 200 g Freshly chopped chives
  1. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Salt a little. Fry them in a little olive oil until they are lightly crispy and park on a paper towel.
  2. Then remove the tendon from the pork tenderloin and cut the tenderloin into approx. 5 cm thick slices. Season with salt and garip pepper. Sauté them in a little rapeseed oil for 2 minutes. Put in a baking dish.

Preheat the convection oven to 200 °!

  1. Stir the sour cream into the roast. Peel and grate the garlic. Season to taste with seasoned salt and garip pepper! Pour the sauce over the fillet slices. Then spread the zucchini slices over it. Crumble the feta and place on the zucchini. Drizzle some olive oil over it.!
  2. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how pink it should be! 🙂 Meanwhile prepare a side dish. With us rice! Sprinkle with chives rolls before serving!
