Baked potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 125 g salad cream (e.g. Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 50 g ham, raw, diced
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and quarter the potatoes, and toss them with about half of the salad dressing. Place this mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 30 minutes. In the meantime, trim and slice the spring onions, and fry them in the oil along with the diced ham. Peel and finely chop the apple, then add it to the pan with the ham and spring onion mixture along with the cinnamon. Mix well. Now toss the potatoes with the remaining salad dressing and the remaining ingredients.
