Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g ham, diced
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 20 g butter
- 6 sausages (Wiener)
- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- Honey
Instructions

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in the butter along with the diced ham until translucent. Dice the bell peppers and roast them as well. Then briefly fry the sliced sausages, stir well, and add the tomatoes. Cover and simmer for half an hour, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a little honey. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
