baked potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • e.g. broth, granular
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and halve the potatoes. Then score the potato halves in a checkerboard pattern. Sprinkle the granulated broth over the potatoes as desired and place a knob of butter on each potato as needed. Wrap each potato half in aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Check occasionally to see if the potatoes are cooked through—to do this, simply pierce the aluminum foil with a fork. Can be used as a side dish with many dishes. Tip: In summer, place the potatoes on the hot grill instead of in the oven.
