Baked Potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 sprigs of lovage
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 300 g quark
  • 50 g cream
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Cut sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil, wrap the potatoes loosely in them, shiny side in. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (200°C fan oven) for about 60 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, lovage, and basil, pat dry, and then finely chop. Mix the quark with the cream and herbs until smooth, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Remove the potatoes from the oven and cut open the foil lengthwise at the top. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, press them apart slightly, and add the herb quark.
