Baked Potatoes with Chops and Herb Butter
The perfect baked potatoes with chops and herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the potatoes
- 4 Pork chop
- Thyme spice
- Garlic spice
- Sweet paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Wild garlic leaves chopped
- 4 tbsp Oil
For the meat
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Black pepper crushed
- White ground pepper
- Hot pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Herb butter
- Oil
- Cut the potato into wedges and place in a large bowl with a lid. Then add the oil with the spices. Let stand covered for 1 hour, mix frequently.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the potato wedges on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Season the chops in between and fry them in hot oil
- Place the herb butter on the meat before serving
