Baked Potatoes with Chops and Herb Butter

The perfect baked potatoes with chops and herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the potatoes

  • 4 Pork chop
  • Thyme spice
  • Garlic spice
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Wild garlic leaves chopped
  • 4 tbsp Oil

For the meat

  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Black pepper crushed
  • White ground pepper
  • Hot pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Herb butter
  • Oil
  1. Cut the potato into wedges and place in a large bowl with a lid. Then add the oil with the spices. Let stand covered for 1 hour, mix frequently.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the potato wedges on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Season the chops in between and fry them in hot oil
  4. Place the herb butter on the meat before serving
