Beef Fillet Steak on Baked Potatoes with Quark Cream and Herb Butter

Beef fillet steak & baked potato

  • 5 piece Beef fillet steaks
  • 6 piece Potatoes big
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 2 a cup Sour cream
  • 100 g Gouda cheese

Herb butter

  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 packet Herbal mixture TK
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic

Beef fillet steak & baked potato

  1. Sear the steak on all sides and put it in the oven for about 12 minutes at 150 degrees.
  1. Crush 2,200 g butter with half a cup of herbs (8 herb pack), a clove of garlic and a pinch of salt. Now put in a mold in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
  1. 6 Put the large potato in the oven for about an hour at 200 degrees and then cut it in half. Scoop out the potato halves with a spoon and set aside.
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry with a small onion and a clove of garlic. Add the potato mixture and reduce with the sour cream. Finally stir in the cheese. Pour the mixture into the potato halves and bake with cheese in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
