Baked potatoes with herb curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes, floury
  • 250 Cream cheese with herbs
  • 250 cream cheese
  • 250 quark, low-fat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Milk
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, chives)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes and wrap them individually in aluminum foil, then bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, herb cream cheese, and quark, adding a little milk to make the quark creamy. Dice the onion and stir in, along with the chopped fresh herbs. Finally, add the finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the warm baked potatoes.
