Baked potatoes with tzatziki

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic
  • Oil for the tray
  • 7 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 250 g quark
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, quarter the potatoes and place them on a generously greased baking sheet. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Test with a knife whether the potatoes are cooked through. For the tzatziki, combine the quark and yogurt in a bowl and mix. Then finely chop the garlic and add it, then season everything with salt and pepper. Grate a small piece of cucumber, add a little salt, and let it draw water for a while, then squeeze it out. Add it just before serving. Goes great with grilled food but also with chicken.
