Pasta with cheese and ham sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 g bacon, diced
  • 50 ml cream or cremefine for cooking
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 30 ml milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 150 g noodles (stir-fry noodles)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

ready in 8 min.

Brown the diced bacon in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then deglaze with the cream and add the milk, water, and Parmesan cheese. Then add the stir-fry noodles (cooking time depends on the package instructions). Just before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Salt isn’t necessary, in my opinion, as the bacon and cheese are quite salty.
