Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cheese, grated
- 300 g ham, cooked
- 300 g ham, raw
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chives and parsley to taste
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- 13 pretzel sticks (normal size – approx. 20 cm long)

Great for parties, makes 26 sticks
Dice the cooked ham, dice the raw ham, finely dice the onion, dice the eggs, and chop the parsley and chives. Place everything in a bowl. Add the sour cream, pepper, salt, and Fondor; mix everything together and season to taste. Halve the pretzel sticks. Divide the mixture between the pretzel sticks and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
