Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rye rolls for baking
  • 150 g smoked turkey breast, whole
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g cottage cheese, 0.4% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chives
  • 8 slice(s) processed cheese, 12% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

low-calorie and LF30

Deseed the bell pepper. Peel the onion and garlic. Finely dice the turkey breast, bell pepper, garlic, and onion. Mix everything with the cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also stir in finely chopped chives. Halve the rolls and spread the mixture on top. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Place a slice of processed cheese on each half and let it melt in the residual heat of the oven. According to my calculations, each half has about 200 calories. LF 30 = 18%. This recipe was created using leftovers I had in the fridge.
