quickly prepared

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the ciabatta rolls in half crosswise and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the raw milk mountain cheese with the sour cream. Spread the roll halves with the cheese and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle each half with about 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. Don’t add extra salt—a little pepper is fine, if you like. Bake the rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with thinly sliced beef or poultry salami, if desired. Let rest briefly to warm the salami. For a more vegetable-based option, you can use cooked zucchini and/or pickled bell pepper pieces instead of salami. Serve with a large bowl of mixed salad.
