Pizza dough for souls or baguette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (souls, alternatively baguette)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 100g salami
  • 4 medium-sized mushrooms (white)
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 100 g cheese, grated Emmental

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut all ingredients into small pieces and place them in a bowl, except for the pizza crusts, cream, and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly, gradually adding cream until a nice consistency is achieved (some cream should settle at the bottom). Cut the pizza crusts or baguette in half and spread with cream cheese. Spread the pizza mixture on top and bake in the oven at 170°C (fan oven).
