Baked rosemary sheep's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of light sheep’s cheese, 150 g each
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tsp rosemary, fresh
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

WW PP suitable

Whisk the egg. Chop the rosemary and mix with the breadcrumbs and nuts. Dip 1/2 of the feta cheese in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the feta cheese on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C with fan) for about 15 minutes. Serve with a large vegetable salad and arrange the feta cheese on top while still warm. Note: 7 PP per serving. Add oil, etc., for the salad.
