Clean, wash, and quarter the savoy cabbage. Remove the tough stalk. Cut the savoy cabbage into wedges and sauté in a little boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove and drain. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the minced meat until crumbly, turning occasionally. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. Wash the fresh thyme and pluck the stalks. Add the thyme, reserving a little for garnish, to the minced meat. Season. Pour the mince sauce into a baking dish. Spread the savoy cabbage on top. Whisk together the eggs and sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour over the top. Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top. Then bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the casserole is golden brown. Sprinkle with thyme and serve.
