Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pear(s)
- 250 ml water
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Peel, halve, and core the pears. Bring water with sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. Add the pears, bring to a boil, and cook until soft. Let the compote cool and season with sugar, if desired.
