Ingredients
- 3 Chicken legs
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Leek
- 0,25 Fresh celery
- Salt pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 150 g Mushrooms
- Grated cheese for gratin
- 3 slices Lime / lemon
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook the chicken drumsticks with soup vegetables, salt and pepper and bay leaf for about 25 minutes. Remove the legs and cut the meat into small pieces. Drain the broth through a sieve into a smaller saucepan. Add the chopped meat again. Let something boil down.
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them as well. Bring everything to the boil again and thicken with the flour (depending on your preferences). Should make a creamy sauce.
- Put everything in soup bowls, pour grated cheese over them and grill for about 10 minutes (grill or top heat) until the cheese is colored.
- Decorate with the lemon wedge (I only had limes). The Worcester sauce can be served with it. Baguette or bread roll as a side dish and enjoy your meal!
