Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 200 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- onion salt
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- e.g. toast bread
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash and finely chop the parsley and mix with the minced meat, salt, pepper, and onion salt. Spread the toast with the prepared minced meat and canned milk and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes.
