Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 8 hash browns
  • 125g mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the rösti and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and remove the stems. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the rösti, season with salt and pepper, and top with mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. Finely chop the basil and garnish the rösti with it.
