Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- Cheese (any type to taste, I use Edam)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, wash the tomatoes, then remove the stems. Then cut the tomatoes about halfway through. Add cheese to the cut, salt and pepper, and bake in the oven. We often eat these tomatoes with grilled meat.
