Vanilla cream made from tofu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tofu, soft
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g sugar
  • 30 ml soy drink

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the tofu, vanilla, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Gradually add the soy milk while the blender continues running. Chill until ready to serve. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week and can also be frozen.
