Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g white bread crumbs, fresh
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
  • 3 tbsp basil, freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano, freshly chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 4 large tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine breadcrumbs and herbs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Halve tomatoes horizontally and remove seeds with a teaspoon. Add garlic to the tomato halves, then fill with the herb mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
