Ingredients

  • 60 g Orange peel
  • 60 g Lemon peel
  • 125 g Almonds
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions

  • Put the orange peel and lemon peel with almond slivers, sugar, cream and butter in a pan or saucepan, mix and cook over a low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Now fold in the flour.
  • With a tablespoon of the still hot mass, place piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten it a little.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 10 minutes.
  • Separate with a knife or pizza roller before cooling down completely.

A notice:

  • The particles also converge with flour, so I'll leave it out in the future. They become very firm and crispy, but 1 to 2 days later they become softer again. But exactly right!
