Ingredients
- 60 g Orange peel
- 60 g Lemon peel
- 125 g Almonds
- 125 g Sugar
- 125 ml Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
Instructions
- Put the orange peel and lemon peel with almond slivers, sugar, cream and butter in a pan or saucepan, mix and cook over a low heat for 3 minutes.
- Now fold in the flour.
- With a tablespoon of the still hot mass, place piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten it a little.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 10 minutes.
- Separate with a knife or pizza roller before cooling down completely.
A notice:
- The particles also converge with flour, so I'll leave it out in the future. They become very firm and crispy, but 1 to 2 days later they become softer again. But exactly right!
