Baking: Peanut Butter Muffins

The perfect baking: peanut butter muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Aside from that:

  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Knife point Salt
  • 120 g Creamy peanut butter
  • 80 g Honey liquid
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Roasted, unsalted and finely ground peanuts
  • 1 piece Parchment paper
  • 14 Muffin tins
  • Some powdered sugar for dusting
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Put the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together. Add the peanut cream. Knead everything with your hands until the dough is crumbly.
  2. Make a well in the dough. Add honey, milk and ground peanuts. Process into a smooth dough with the hand mixer.
  3. Place the muffin molds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and fill 2/3 with the batter. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes on the middle rack, until the surface of the dough cracks and the muffins are lightly browned.
  4. Take the muffins out of the oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. To serve, carefully remove from the molds and dust with a little icing sugar. The muffins are fluffy and juicy and don’t taste too sweet. Have fun baking :-)!
