Baking: Peanut Butter Muffins
The perfect baking: peanut butter muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Aside from that:
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Knife point Salt
- 120 g Creamy peanut butter
- 80 g Honey liquid
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Roasted, unsalted and finely ground peanuts
- 1 piece Parchment paper
- 14 Muffin tins
- Some powdered sugar for dusting
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Put the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together. Add the peanut cream. Knead everything with your hands until the dough is crumbly.
- Make a well in the dough. Add honey, milk and ground peanuts. Process into a smooth dough with the hand mixer.
- Place the muffin molds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and fill 2/3 with the batter. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes on the middle rack, until the surface of the dough cracks and the muffins are lightly browned.
- Take the muffins out of the oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
- To serve, carefully remove from the molds and dust with a little icing sugar. The muffins are fluffy and juicy and don’t taste too sweet. Have fun baking :-)!
