Balkan Bleu

The perfect balkan bleu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Butterfly schnitzel
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 100 g Salami
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Unfold the schnitzel and season both sides with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Cut the feta into strips. Cover the schnitzel with the salami and feta, fold up and pin together with the roulade needles.
  2. Egg devious. Turn the schnitzel first in flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it until golden brown.
