Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

finely seasoned with maple syrup

Heat the oil. Chop the garlic clove and sauté it with the cherry tomatoes in the hot oil. Add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat immediately. The tomatoes should not fall apart. Serve warm as a delicious accompaniment to poultry and steaks. Enjoy cold as an antipasti with crusty toast.
