Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 beetroots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Italian style

Peel the beets and potatoes, dice them, and cook them separately in salted water. Once both are soft, arrange them in a bowl. Thinly slice the garlic and mix in, seasoning everything with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped parsley and drizzle with good olive oil. Simple, quick, and delicious.
