Balti Chicken

- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0,5 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 250 ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
- Make a marinade from the spices with a little oil and marinate the meat in it.
- Fry the meat in a pan, finally add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
