Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 bananas
  • 3 apples
  • 3 chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the bananas and apples and cut them into small pieces. Let them sit in a saucepan with the finely chopped chili pepper, lemon juice, and preserving sugar for one hour. Then bring to a boil and puree with a hand blender. Finally, pour into prepared jars and seal.
