Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk, (oat)
- 1 small banana(s)
- 75 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If you prefer your shake ice cold, you can freeze some of the ingredients beforehand. I always use frozen oat milk, which I take out of the freezer an hour before preparing.
