Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml almond milk without sugar
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free applesauce
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) without sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Vanilla, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Grind the oats into flour. Add the baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla to the oat flour and mix. Mash the bananas, then add the applesauce, cinnamon, vinegar, egg, and almond milk. Mix everything together and pour into a suitable prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
