Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 m.-large banana(s), overripe
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s) (size L)
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Banana caramel in the pan, pudding in the Thermomix
Caramelize the sugar in a pan, while blending about 50 ml of the milk with the bananas. Add the banana-milk mixture to the caramel in the hot pan and bring to a boil until the caramel has dissolved. Add all other ingredients to the Thermomix, finally adding the banana caramel. For the pudding, I set the Thermomix to speed 1 for 8 minutes at 100°C. Pour directly from the Thermomix into 4 glasses (200 ml each), and you’re done. Enjoy hot or cold.
