Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 600 ml milk
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas. Halve and squeeze the lemon. Place the banana pieces, milk, coconut blossom sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then stir in the chia seeds. Divide the banana chia shake among 4 glasses and serve immediately.
