Banana – Chocolate Cream Cake
The perfect banana – chocolate cream cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Viennese cake base dark
- 3 Panel Dark chocolate
- 3 a cup Whipped cream
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 3 Ripe bananas
- Cognac or banana juice
- The evening before, dissolve the cream with the dark chocolate while stirring. -Do not let cook-
- The next day, whip the chocolate cream with the cream stiffener until it is very stiff. Put 1/3 of it aside. Dice the bananas and fold them under 2/3 of the chocolate mass.
- Soak the first cake base with cognac or juice and add part of the cream, put the 2 base on top and soak it and spread it with the mixture. Now put on the third base, press it down a little and drizzle over it and decorate with the rest of the chocolate cream.
