Banana chocolate pudding with chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped almonds
  • 6 hazelnuts
  • 2 banana(s), organic, ripe, approx. 350 g
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tsp, levelled cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Cover the almonds and hazelnuts with water and soak for 3 hours. Then drain the soaking water and add them to a blender along with the remaining 125 ml of water. Blend thoroughly. Peel and chop the bananas. Add them to the blender along with the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt and blend thoroughly. Pour into a bowl. Stir in the chia seeds and fill into small bowls. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with a few banana slices, if desired. Tip: For a different flavor, you can replace the pudding water with coconut or almond milk.
