Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Instructions

good breakfast before training
Slice the bananas and add them to a blender with the other ingredients. Blend for 2 minutes.
