Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 bars of chocolate (rum – grape – nut)
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cake base (sponge cake base)
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

My family’s favorite cake

Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Cover the sponge cake with them. Chop the rum, grape, and nut chocolate and melt it with 2 tablespoons of cream in a double boiler. Whip the remaining cream with cream stiffener until stiff. Fold in the melted chocolate. Spread this mixture evenly over the bananas. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until ready to serve.
