  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • some jam, apricots
  • 6 bananas (more or less depending on size)

For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar, and oil until thick and foamy. Then add the grated chocolate and mix well. Mix the nuts, flour, and baking powder and fold in. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, spread with apricot jam and cover with sliced ​​bananas. For the cream, first soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Then mix together the curd cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Dissolve the gelatine according to the package instructions and stir in. Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream over the bananas and smooth it down. Chill for a few hours. Then sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
