Chocolate mousse cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, dark
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 4 packs of cream powder (mousse au chocolate)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • n. B. Chocolate, white, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, I cut the base in half twice, so I have three layers. Then I whip each packet of mousse individually with 250 ml of milk. Place the drained cherries on the bottom layer and top with a packet of chocolate mousse. Place the second layer on top and spread 1 1/2 packets of mousse on top. Finally, put the lid on and cover the cake with the remaining mousse. Whip the tub of cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Decorate the cake with cream and grated chocolate.
