Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels, cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers of your choice, cut into strips
- 1 large onion(s)
- e.g. coconut milk
- 3 bananas
- salt and pepper
- some oil
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onion, dice it roughly, and fry it in a little heated oil until translucent. Add the meat and fry until crispy. Season well with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add the bell pepper strips and fry briefly. Then deglaze with coconut milk, if desired, and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Peel the bananas, slice them, and heat them briefly. Serve with basmati rice.
