Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the banana and mango and cut the flesh into pieces. Add the sugar and blend the fruit in a blender. Whisk the cream. Whisk the two egg yolks in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the sweetened fruit puree and the milk. Finally, stir in the cream. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes. This also works without an ice cream maker; stir frequently while it freezes in the freezer. It will then take about 2 hours for the ice cream to set.
